Reason:

Same character. Alias could go either way around, but there's no need for two tags for the same thing.

+1 for "temmie_(undertale) -> temmie"

-Temmie the cat/dog-thing is not necessarily exclusive to Undertale; it is the avatar of Temmie Chang. (I am unsure if it predates Undertale, though.)
-Art by the namesake artist are tagged as Temmie_Chang (in lieu of "Temmie_(artist)") so a disambiguation seems unnecessary.

Regarding the artist tag: It looks like Tuyoki could use an alias to Temmie_Chang. (Proof: Tuyoki's FA profile names Tuyoart as the Tumblr gallery and "temmiechang" as an email name.)

I vote temmie be aliased the other way around to temmie_(undertale). The search for temmie -undertale nets (zero) results; should be a safe alias.

If someone posts a different character sporting the same name, they could identify with temmie_(artist/genre name).

I'd think most people would blacklist what they are used to seeing.

...Then again I've seen twilight in blacklists before, so you never know. :V
