Reason:

An Xbox 360 is a videogame console.

Also, I found three more tags that need implying to video_games.

Xbox, grand_theft_auto, and Rockstar_Games.

I've made the following changes:

Implication: xbox_360 -> video_games (denied) (since it implies xbox already)
Implication: xbox -> video_games (approved)
Implication: rockstar_games -> video_games (approved) (since grand_theft_auto already implies this, no need for another implication)
