Reason:

Form of torture, at least by name. Not sure if it works in practice though; the wikis imply that cbt and its sibling ballbusting seem to be more about any damage than specifically torture.

Tentative -1 since I don't think it really really falls well into "torture", at least not what most people would think of when you say "torture".

That being said, the torture tag also tends to get filled over time with anything from "tickle torture" to light BDSM in addition to more blatant torture and heavy guro, so maybe not.

I'm going to go ahead and deny this one. The two tags don't really have much in common except by name.
