Alising: sweetie drops_(mlp) → bonbon_(mlp)

I think it would be easier if we just stick to calling her Bonbon.

What do you think?

Wouldn't that be like aliasing "Batman" to "Bruce_Wayne"?

Nah. In this case they aren't even different identities, just different names for the same character. They have been used interchangeably on both merchandise and the show itself, but recently they retroactively wrote into the show that Sweetie Drops is actually her old name, and now goes by Bonbon.

Since Bonbon is the more well known name (and the more "current" name), I'd personally lean towards that.
