Reason:

I may be wrong but this is the same thing (or close enough to not see difference in picture)

It's not the same thing, and as far as I can tell, most of those don't look shy enough to tag as such.

In modern use, coy is someone pretending to be shy. The tag is probably not worth keeping though, since it's such a difficult concept to tag. Might be best to sort it to various other tags, such as sedutive. Many are also missing bedroom_eyes, etc. And a few would fit best under shy.

Thanks for explanation. Subtle differences are sometimes quite hard to get for non native spraker.

Denied for the reasons already mentioned.
