Should be disambiguated instead, presenting is already hard enough to clean up.

Okay I know this is off topic but thank you for linking this picture because it is amazing and I love it now.

No, it just needs a clean-up and very clear wiki definition, perhaps a disambiguation.
That's someone offering something to the viewer, like a leash or cookies in this case. Offering seems like a perfectly fine tag for that, but instead it keeps getting clogged up by mistagged presenting and sacrifice posts. Probably because it's a rather ambiguous word.

I see. Didn't think of offering that way. It's all a bit excessive.

So how should we tag such posts then? It's probably gonna be very small tag(s) (unless we already got something better that's used for this), but I don't like them hanging around in a disambiguated tag.

Would gifting work as a generic tag for the second type?
It feels a bit obscure seeing as gifting seems to imply something of a more formal offering, rather than, "hey, you want this?" or simply "take this".
But... I guess it should work, unless people start to use it synonymously with gift.

Would offering_(action) work?
They are in the process of offering something, so it can be called an action, just like how offering one's body can be called a gesture. These are both off of the dictionary terms. However, we use presenting for the latter, it's more accurate.

- a currently nonexistent tag(?) that covers "someone offering something to the viewer, like a leash or cookies" ( Jugofthat )
Offering_leash exists, but hasn't been tagged much. It seems useful for differentiating between submissive and dominant leash use, so it should probably be kept.
Not sure about the rest. We can't exactly have offering_* tags for every single possibility. Go with the same categories as in the holding_* tags, I suppose. Offering_food, etc.
Either that, or we could lump all of those under offering_(action), like Siral Eurgh-xan suggested.

how about charity or charitable_offering for non-sexual offerings, gifts and presentations. would certainly suit well with the cookie example from jugofthat and Genjars tabby cat example as well..^^

Decided to go rogue and create the following tags/wikis:
Added info to offering_(disambiguation) since the page was empty.
