Aliasing bad_grammar → engrish

Reason:
Similar enough.
Only five posts at the moment, but tag history shows that it's been used frequently.
There's also terrible_grammar, though that hasn't been used much.

Will do. The tag engrish is already broad enough to catch any type of bad grammar I'd say. And other than being able to blacklist posts with bad grammar and spelling, it serves little to no purpose (aside humor maybe).
Also, I noticed it does not imply english text while engrish is exclusively for English. Any reason behind it or should it be implicated too?

It could get used for audio I suppose. Kind of an edge case though so I could go either way, but since it's not tagged very often I'd say probably not.
