That said, any chance screw might be misused due to the double meaning of the word? Ie "fucking/fuck".

I've seen it used that way on some posts, but in those cases they're said with a pictograph of a screw. I don't think they're any problems with it right now

Perhaps we'll have to disambiguate. Regardless, drawing definitely needs a cleanup. There're a lot of posts there that don't have anyone drawing in it, or no depictions of a drawing. Granted, the posts are drawings themselves, but so's pretty much every other one.

+1 to all. For the 'not sure', I'd go with singular for all except thorns, and for the possible reversals, I wouldn't go with drugs -> drug. Just sounds a bit too awkward
