I've never mentally categorized bicycles as vehicles, but I suppose they would be.

They're vehicles, but not automobiles. Oddly, that tag was aliased to car, despite being a catch-all for "Anything that is capable of moving itself," meaning cars, trucks, vans, etc.

You might want to do some research though. People are debating a lot whether a bicycle is a vehicle or not.
Here it's been said that it isn't a vehicle, while the Wiki states it is indeed a vehicle.
The reason for the fuss around it is linked to mainly law studies.

DUI is a term used for automobiles is the problem. By technicality, the human legs count as a vehicle, and you don't get arrested for walking around drunk.
