Reason:

A loli with large breasts is still a loli, right? I'm not sure on this one.

Edit: I suppose I don't see why it wouldn't, but I'm mostly just not sure about the tag itself. On one hand, it doesn't really accomplish anything that big_breasts loli doesn't, on the other hand it's fairly distinct and unusual in real life. I could go either way with this.

In my experience anyone searching loli is uninterested in bigger boobs.

I personally think it's best served as is and letting people who want variations to it add extra search terms

big_breasts loli doesn't come up with many results. Presumably because they're not big breasts, but regular sized breasts on a small body.

However, people who want to blacklist underage characters would probably still not want to see lolis with bigger boobs. Maybe an implication to young instead? (if the tag is even kept)

They tried to link it to youn and/or cub before, it did not go well IIRC because people searching loli don't want a lot that would come up from just young and/or cub.

It's an odd tag, but special enough to stay if I remember how the thinking on it went.

...probably because of the breasts. Tags like stocky and shortstack seem more applicable for many of those.

They don't look like traditional loli to me, but since it's not an alias I'm not sure I'm neither for or against that much. But I'd think that people thinking loli won't automatically include these oppai_loli, hence I'm probably against an implication.

...Equestria Untamed is probably the only instance of Oppai Loli I can find that actually looks Loli. The other ones have way too huge boobs or otherwise aren't child-proportioned at all (And probably shouldn't have the Oppai Loli tag in the first place).
I forgot about my blacklist. There are a few others, but most of them still don't seem to fit the idea of "Loli."
