Reason:

A stylistic quirk in nude art that causes the scrotum to look like it contains just a single testicle. Not tagged much here but is fairly prevalent.

Uniball would imply that there is one single testicle in one's scrotum.

of cource, i was honestly copying over from the multi_balls wiki and must of forgot to edit out the plurality completely, thanks for pointing that out^^
