Same with cum_from_ass to cum_in_ass.
Wouldn't it make more sense to alias to cum_in_pussy, and combine it with cum_leaking? Same with cum_in_ass. cum_from_pussy and cum_from_ass sounds like the cum is being produced internally then excreted or squirted out of said orifice, to differentiate it from coming from a penis or tentacle.
If you're worried about clarity, you could alias it cum_leaking_from_pussy and implicate cum_leaking and cum_in_pussy.

Yeah, that might be a good idea.
The old standard was to keep the tag names as short as possible, but that was largely because users don't bother to use long tags. That's no longer an issue, now that auto-completion works...
My concern (such as it is) is more that there could be art depicting a pussy ejaculating cum (and the cum not necessarily visibly in the pussy), for which cum_from_pussy would be appropriate tag. And given that posts can and should already be tagged with cum_in_pussy+cum_leaking for when cum is leaking out of a pussy, implicating or aliasing cum_from_pussy to mean that too seems less than ideal since it's less clear and not really necessary for that use, while preventing a more appropriate use.
The cum from tags are also used when someone penetrates from another orifice, and cums so much that it comes out somewhere else. This is less commonly from the pussy as it isn't usually connected to the digestive tract. It is not always going to be cum_leaking. cum_leaking suggests a certain orientation of the cum, and not all depictions of cum from an orifice count as leaking. Some count as cum_splatter or cum_explosion instead.
. cum_from_mouth implies cum_in_mouth. This should be true of all orifices.
It shouldn't be aliased away. All orifices necessarily should have this tag, because they all can theoretically function the same way. It also shouldn't have a separate meaning that is different than the other cum_from tags for other orifices. I'm sure there is another tag that could be used for a pussy that ejaculates semen. vaginal_semen would work. vaginal_cum is aliased to cum_in_pussy, but pussy_cum isn't.
