create alias tape_on_pussy (4) -> pussy_tape (2187)

Reason: Taping together a bur of tape tags. These all involve tape.

For the alias, my reason is to have it follow how the other tag, nipple_tape is.

Should tape_muzzle imply muzzled? Idk how tape on a character's muzzle for the purpose of muzzling them could leave a character unmuzzled
