As a Deltarune fan, there are two specific examples that I'm not even, like, positive count: Mr. Ant Tenna of TV Time game, and his slimy rat of an ex partner Spamton G. Spamton. Looking at any fanart of either character, you might initially assume that's a normal enough choice: Tenna is just a guy with a TV head, and Spamton kind of got the Tumblr sexyman treatment a while back.
HOWEVER, I specifically like interpretations of them that really lean into how non-human, inorganic, and WEIRD they are. Tenna has a TV head and was based on a fully inorganic, mechanical object (being a TV of course)? ROBOT BODY WITH A VCR SLOT AND WIRES. Spamton is canonically a weird ugly rat-like puppet thing rather than the Regular White Boy With Lines On His Jaw a lot of fanart mistakenly portrays him as, and y'know what? I love the weird rat looking plastic freak just the way he is.
Similarly: Ditto. Not transformed into a hot guy, gal, neither, both, or in between and not as another Pokémon. Just regular, non-transformed Ditto.
Right now? Weirdest is probably Mr Veils, from Fallen London.
With a grand total of 3 hits on e621, all by the same guy.

Veils is a giant bat from outer space who's completely remorseless (REMORSE IS FOR LESSER CREATURES) about being a killing machine for fun. Its only known relationship ended with the other guy being eaten alive. It's a horrific amalgamation of mental failures and compounding stress layered on top of an unstable alien mind-
