Ghost's first album is pretty spooky fun lyrically. In a cheesy fake Satanic kinda way. There's a song about a female vampire who lives in a castle and bathes in fresh virgin blood. Also a song about a witch. (it might be my favorite on the album) My favorite album from them is probably Impera. It's a lot different lyrically but I think Tobias Forge went in a good direction with the songwriting. Shows a lot more depth and character I guess. The track Hunter's Moon from that one might have the spooky energy you're looking for. It was used in one of the Halloween horror movies (the ones with Jamie Lee Curtis)

Fun fact: In the studio Tobias Forge does everything with all the instruments except for that he hired a session drummer for the drums and has an extra guitarist on some tracks to take some of the workload. But essentially he's like a one man band. All the musicians who play with him live are just like session musicians and not band members. His identity was kept masked for several years and was only leaked out when he was sued by some of the session musicians. Imo I don't think he was in the wrong in that situation tho

Daedalum, the Devil's Wheel by E Lily Yu is an amazingly unique and unnerving experience: https://clarkesworldmagazine.com/audio_12_13/
Archive 81 is quite a unique and bizarre listen although it does feel like it's building up to something that never properly actualized.
We're Alive is an undertaking as rewarding as it is big, 48+ hours of compelling audio full of drama, tragedy, horror and hope. The initial run has an amazingly satisfy ending and there's more seasons after that if you want more.
What Happened in Skinner is a compelling character focused horror mystery. Does loose sight of its initial premise but still works for the most part.
A Brief History of Fear is a great listen if your a Dr Who fan. It's a story that could only really be done on audio.
