Topic: Is there a meaningful difference between mental_transformation and mind_alteration?

I don't see a clear difference at a glance. mental_transformation is already an awkward name since all other transformation content is physical in nature. Maybe it would be better off aliased to mind_alteration?

(Neither have a wiki description, so no help there.)
