The "smear campaign"? We aren't smearing anything via "strategic tag aliasing", we don't do combination tags like that when using separate tags would function just the same

Maybe speak up next time and voice some actual opposition to these changes before they get implemented?
Also consider why they got implemented in the first place and consider/suggest any alternatives.
