Topic: Unusual anatomy question/clarifications

I wanted to start with this one:
tongue hand versus hand tongue
Following the logic of chocolate milk versus milk chocolate, it makes sense that a tongue hand is a hand with a tongue on it, while a hand tongue is a tongue shaped like a hand. Does this seem right?

It makes sense if you think about it. But there's a decent amount of people who would not think about it, and might mistag it. Ideally, the tag names should be made more clear, so anyone could tell which idea they're referring to without thinking.

I guess such rare tags, if I was tagging, I'd probably just look at the existing posts, anyways. It's consistent, now, at least.
