Topic: Info under art thumbnails used to display if you upvoted the art or not, can it do that again?

It was useful, knowing if I already upvoted a piece of art or not before I clicked it.

As far as I'm aware, this was never a feature. I requested it once a few years ago (topic #34507) and it was swiftly rejected for performance reasons.

This definitely was never a feature, if it were re621 would have taken swift advantage of it
As if re621's buttons on thumbnails only show if you've favorited a post because that data is included with the post, it can't show if you've voted because that data isn't present
And that's because as you said, performance reasons
Favorite data exists because posts keep track of favorites via a string, I suggested adding the same thing for votes but either got no interest or rejection
