Topic: So quick question about Hank Howell and Rule 34, Dood...

Posted under General

"If it exists, there's Porn of it."

Pretty basic rule right? Applies from Tony the tiger to Bowser ╹‿╹)

Heck I should know since I've doodle them myself, Dood! ◠‿╹)~★

But Hank Howell is in an interesting case of this rule that has me asking,
Did piti yindee intend on banking on that rule to kick in, rocketing Hank
into being an indie sex icon? Or was this really lightning in a bottle that
they're now leaning into, Dood?

Gotta be honest, i didn't even know such a character existed. Now that i look more into art involving him, i find the character very generic. He looks ok, but nothing that gets me excited. Just a buffed up Wile E. Coyote in my eyes.

And yet! He's the first to come to mind when thinking about an attractive anthro making the rounds that isn't a mainstream peep like Legoshi, Nick or Mr.Wolf. A Veritable feast for the eyes but, was he designed to be one or was it blind luck? And the maker realizing they had gold on their hands if they lean into this, Dood?

Hank has gotten hotter over time , but the sexiness is intentional. I've always viewed the character as a parody / homage of vintage cartoon wolves (think Tex Avery) where instead of being the lecherous character, Hank is the objectified sex-icon character.

Now that you mention that, I can see that.

I can REALLY see that, Dood!

(Ah, 5 Hours, I'll get faster with practice!
And it took me till now to see you said "Tex Avery."
Really wanted to surprise you, Dood =‿=)~★

And honestly to add to this, I think the sex appeal is framed differently.
Instead of having the character act attractive. He plays the Wile' straight
but have the camera, World and fate it's self shows his unintentional
sex appeal, Dood!

Whether it's being attack by merch, determined to strip him of his clothes. Or
a car bouncing his butt. The thing that makes it work is that he isn't
"trying" to be sexy or a sex icon. But the world won't stop showing that
he is. Brilliant idea to be honest, Dood!
