I'm looking at getting ahead in my manufacturing career. I was promoted to a managerial role in the wake of layoffs, I understand that this is in order to save money as my bosses were cut. What skills/certs should I pick up to make this easier? This is in the US

I figured that a bunch of furries would be the best people to ask.

To start, what specific skills/qualifications do you have currently. I believe that managerial role requires some form of leadership and communication skills

btw I don't think a furry site like this could offer good job advice
