I personally can't see why it would not be allowed. It's still art, just made for specific purpose. Just make sure it's not paid content or AI.

While there are no inherent issues with posting stock art, you can run into potential issues on quality.
A lot of stock art nowadays are generated by AI and you may not be able to easily identify it.
In addition, to add on to what @Ruppari said, most stock art are commercial/paid content.
This means you would need to pay to be able to access the original high-quality version.
Otherwise, you are stuck with a smaller preview version that gets plastered with watermarks, and we do not allow posting images with third-party watermarks.
