Topic: Does Braixen qualify for the pseudo_clothing tag?

Posted under Tag/Wiki Projects and Questions

I am back again with another incredibly specific tagging question.

Pseudo_clothing is used for 'body parts with an obvious resemblance to clothing'. Braixen sort of has a fur skirt, but is it 'obvious' enough to qualify? It's not as obvious as say Kirlia's skirt thing.

Or maybe it should only count if the skirt looks 'hollow' like an actual skirt? By that I mean when the yellow fur isn't contiguous with the legs like post #6177909, as opposed to the on-model connection with the black leg fur like post #6173100.

For what it's worth, only about 200 out of the 15 thousand posts tagged Braixen have the pseudo clothing tag.

Personally I don't think it should count, but I've been staring at this imaginary fox for too long to be an impartial judge.

I'm kind of hoping it doesn't because then I'd feel obligated to go back and tag all of them eventually...

This should be handled on case by case basis based on what the individual image looks like (so absolutely no sweeping mass tagging), though I think most of the time this would not qualify for pseudo clothing, since usually you would really have to reach to interpret the fur to resemble clothing.

But there definitely are cases where it seems fitting tag. For example this:

Oh no, I meant on a case-by-case basis. I've been doing a couple concurrent tagging projects one image at a time and meant I'd add this to the list.

To be honest though I don't really see why that image would be more fitting... I might just ignore this tag.
