Well, ever since childhood, my favorite has been master_tigress
My favourite kanji characters are 猫 and 狐.

Mine is 凪, though I find 鬱 hilarious
Legoshi from Beastars, Rando from the LISA series, Charlie from Everything is Fine, the Batter from OFF, and that's all I can remember for now.
In terms of design, I also like Rookie from Halo ODST and "diving suit" Simon Jarrett from SOMA.
Edit: And if I were to have a fictional crush, it would either be Magna from Armello or Betty from Pack Street.

Rando and the Lisa series in general needs more recognition, so many great characters, jokes, and an amazing plot that goes under so many peoples radars.
Hmmm tough question cause I like a lot for different reasons.
Id love to have a meal with the cast of Campfire Cooking in another World (Sui is so cute!), Pumpkaboo is my favorite pokemon, hanging out with the main cast of A Mangakas Weird and Wonderful Workplace would be a blast, Zenos from FFXIV is eye candy I will not pretend I could handle, and Victoria Housekeeping from ZZZ would be a great coffee date crew (Corin is such a sweetie, Von Lyacon I dont think I need to elaborate, Ellen is funny, and Rina is lovely).
