Topic: Problematic implication chain regarding "Egyptian clothing"

Posted under Tag/Wiki Projects and Questions

I was going through and fixing posts that were incorrectly tagged "topless" and/or "bottomless" for featuring nude characters, and got an alert that the "clothing" tag couldn't be removed in one case. Turns out it was because usekh implies egyptian_clothing which in turn implies clothing. This definitely needs to be fixed, but I'm not sure how. I don't think we need a separate "egyptian_accessories" tag. Maybe it should be renamed "egyptian_garb" or something similarly broad?

The bulk update request #13487 is active.

remove implication usekh (1027) -> egyptian_clothing (4977)

Reason: Original implication request on topic #33401 classifies the usekh as "an egyptian neckband".
However, the current wiki for egyptian_clothing and on Wikipedia classify the usekh as a form of necklace/jewelry instead, which should not imply clothing.

EDIT: The bulk update request #13487 (forum #483813) has been approved by @furrypickle.

Since egyptian_clothing implies egyptian and clothing, making usekh imply egyptian and accessory or something like that should work.
