Reason: The tags are referring to frottage

If the tag can be valid without the penises directly touching (like frontage through clothing), then it cannot be tagged frottage

The way frottage kiss is defined also sounds like it sounds like it should be renamed/aliased because penis tips just touching is not frottage

I'd also argue we don't need several of these tags
