If it's just the Russian adaption of Winnie the Pooh, I don't think we need tags for the different versions of the story/book. Maybe a tag for that version of the character if it looks sufficiently distinct, but different countries' adaptions of a story is still that story (though I do notice winnie the pooh (franchise) implicates disney, which I don't think it should if other non-Disney adaptions exist).

None of the characters looks really unique tbh.
If any, only Disney's adoption deserves a tag since Pooh isn't supposed to look yellow in the book.
