I found this post that's been flagged for a month with the assumptions by some users saying it was because it looked AI generated. Is that true and, if so, how come nobody has resolved this problem?

The investigation of these matters is not quick process except for blatant AI generated content and self admitted AI generated content.
As was said on a different thread, the investigative team doesn't do witch-hunts. It's better to leave the post flagged a month or more than damage a genuine artist's reputation by rushing to the wrong conclusion.

Imagine if the post got instantly deleted the moment it got flagged. Then, people would be complaining about how nobody investigates these issues seriously and deletes stuff on a whim.
