Maybe, but the wording of the tag seems to be causing confusion to some users. The previous wiki description for offset_balls was written by someone as:

When a character's balls rest naturally at two different hieghts within the scrotum. Not including external factors such as movement, fondling, or point of view effects to achive the offset. Typically seen in loose or saggy scrotumns.

Nothing about one in front of the other, just height. I did change it to the "soft redirect" prematurely on that page before this thread happened, but that was a gut reaction based on the previous description that was effectively describing what uneven_balls did. I think it would be better to come up with a possibly better name for having one ball in front of the other to help with the confusion that some have, but I'm not quite sure what that tag's name would be. It feels like half of the posts currently tagged offset_balls are using the height definition instead, showing that confusion. IMO, offset does sound like it could be used for either way as both are "offset" but in different directions, so maybe this tag's name is just not specific enough for that.
