I feel like these should be reversed, to be consistent with larger_penetrated, younger_penetrated, etc. big and small are relative qualifiers, which normally use the larger_* and smaller_* terms. That in turn makes the second part (*_small_sub, *_big_sub) redundant since a larger dominant implies there being a smaller submissive and a smaller dominant implies a larger submissive.
