A tag existing doesn't make it valid. It currently has no implications or aliases, so there's not much to say if it is or should be valid.
Looking at recent posts with the tag, I'm not sure I really see anything specific to the smile that could distinguish it by TWYS. Any smile with bedroom eyes or on a seductive character seems as though it count. Characters don't even have to look mischievous, which I'd expect given the name. This should probably be an alias instead.
