remove implication spitroast (18959) -> fellatio (188547)
Reason: Based on discussion in topic #62897. Not all instances of a character having a penis in their mouth are fellatio. Soetimes it is irrumatio, which would still be valid for the spitroast tag.
There has been discussion about turning spitroast into a more general position tag but I think regardless of that it doesn't make sense for it to imply fellatio.
