What do you mean by "interspecies relatives"? Do you mean they are closely related by genetics (i.e., incest_(lore)), family bond (e.g., adopted_(lore), pseudo_incest_(lore)), or biological taxonomy (e.g., intraspecies, interspecies)?
AFAIK, there is no combo tag that lumps any of the above together, so you will have to settle with using two tags for your searches.

No, we don't have a tag for that kind of combination. You will need to search incest_(lore) ~mother_and_son ~brother_and_sister interspecies instead.

I don't believe the <relation>_(lore)/<relation>_and_<relation> tags are exclusively used for romantic/sexual pairings.

If you mean SFW instances of a mixed-species family, there isn't a tag for them.

I'd imagine it would be very trivial to have a tag for multiple species appearing in one scene.

There could probably be an interspecies/multi-species family lore tag. I can think of a few instances of this, both in fandom and in stuff like Neopets where species is arbitrary, sex-based, or otherwise is going to be mixed in a biological family. Hell, it could also get use for adopted/step- family members.
