this iteration of "Secret" later had her name changed to "Filth" by Pest when he deemed her no longer herself, so Filth or Secret-2 are fine to call her by. Pest would just call her "Secret" bluntly during their relationship.
Filth was created as a bizarre attempt to maintain his lost relationship with the original Secret. Apparently Pest does not handle break-ups so well.
