Tagged when the majority or more of the length of the sheath is attached to the underbelly either directly or through a stretch of skin. Such as on canines, equines, cervids, and most mammals.
Do note that if the front portion of a sheath has been pulled back, it can appear as if a larger portion of the sheath's length is attached. In that case one should lean more towards not adding this tag.
