A cellphone vibrating, indicating an incoming phone call, text message, alert or set alarm. This may be visually communicated by jagged emanating motion lines around the phone, and/or by sound effects like "BZZZT" or "VRRR".
A vibrating cellphone can often be seen being used as an improvised sex toy, where it may be held against the genitals, or inserted into the anus or vagina.
