hanging sign
A sign that is supported by, or perhaps designed to be supported by a tether, hook, or other hangable instrument. This may not literally mean the sign is hanging at that moment.
For tagging purposes, a character is considered to be wearing a sign that hangs off of their body in some way. Both tags can be used together in this situation.
