Piutahayo's name came up as part of an effort to reduce the number of pending/flagged posts to as close as 0 as possible, with Lafcadio looking into several of the flags that were left untouched for needing more thorough investigation. In all, Lafcadio and IsFaputa reviewed under 20 artists during this time; spe provided commentary in a different artist's defense, and did not provide specific comment on Piutahayo.
As part of the investigation, Lafcadio immediately remarked that there were overwhelming differences between post #4893290 and the rest of the artist's Twitter gallery. After further investigation of their Twitter uploads, Lafcadio came to the conclusion that post #4893290 was likely to be this artist's real skill level, not having sufficient evidence to treat it as a trace of anything in particular.
As part of the review, Lafcadio confirmed the existence of over a hundred posts containing traits associated with AI-generated humanoid traces, along with a handful of plausible WIPs and practice pieces near the start of the artist's career. Based on the evidence found in their 2024 works, it was found to be likely that this artist adopted the use of AI-generated materials during early August 2024 at the very latest.
