Character: hooky (spongebob)

Hooky refers a fishhook that removes clothing.

It comes from an episode of SpongeBob Squarepants. In it, Mr. Krabs warns SpongeBob and Patrick that they could be in mortal peril if they play on the fish hooks. However, Patrick peer pressures SpongeBob into playing on the hooks again. SpongeBob returns to the Krusty Krab and discovers, to his horror, that a fishhook is caught on his shirt and pants.

SpongeBob begs for help from Mr. Krabs while his teenage daughter Pearl and her friends are dining. Mr. Krabs tells SpongeBob that he has to remove his clothes. SpongeBob is reluctant to do so, especially as Pearl and her friends are watching, but he obeys Mr. Krabs's command and exposes his tighty whities. Then to his horror, he finds another fish hook is now caught on his briefs. SpongeBob again pleads for help and says he does not want to undress, but Mr. Krabs seemingly is resigned to SpongeBob dying and puts up a help wanted sign. The hook removes SpongeBob's briefs as he holds onto a tree, then SpongeBob is flung onto the door of the restaurant. Pearl and her friends laugh at SpongeBob's nudity, and it is revealed that Mr. Krabs and Squidward Tentacles organized the forced undressing of SpongeBob in order to punish him and teach him a lesson. Squidward himself had hooked SpongeBob's briefs and stripped him naked.

SpongeBob flees to his home, naked and crying, while Patrick is caught in a tuna can.

"Hooky" is a slang term for staying away from school when one is not supposed to.
