I'd imagine it would be Cave-Johnson-contraption accurate and would close the portal like that portal cancelling veil thing at the end of levels in Valve's Portal game series, revoking the user's penis privileges _{and horrifically leaving a dismembered member somewhere out there...}

Or plop the junk out of the fleshlight by force!

i'd imagine if humans found a way to distort time and space, batteries would be obsolete

I've always viewed it as being just a copy of the genitala and the act is replicated through the devices I thought about this once I guess if it was forcefully shut down the replicated organ would simply turn to dust whilst the original is still fine
