I was considering using favcount when I made that post but it doesn't make much of a difference.
One artist I'm following recently shared an explicit drawing which I posted here about 9 hours ago, in that time it has shot up into my top 10 favorited (but not scored) uploads.
Now my top 10 favorited is similarly only 60% safe.

It doesn't make much difference unless your uploads have something "contentious" to the majority of users.
When I wrote sex earlier, I meant any kinds of sex including rape, which is contentious.
So sex (regardless of forced or not) has lots of faves, but only sex -forced is more upvoted.

post #2243804, which is the most downvoted FP post on e6, is 16th in the favcount.
post #539798's score is -323 at the time of writing, but 6th in the favcount.
Both of them depict abuse and gore.
