Do you ever wonder why Skoon's artist entry says CDNP in a huge red font unlike regular "conditional dnp" messages?
I wonder if any other artists have it too.

I could be wrong, but I think artist pages just mirror the wiki page plus their links.
Most wiki pages can be edited by anybody, my guess is that whoever made that one just used slightly different formatting than usual.

2DUK just tends to do this when adding warnings to artist pages.
