Why is that a surprise? Most porn viewers are straight guys. There's nothing inherently wrong with that, of course, it's just a consequence of the demographics.

visual pornography (since that's likely what people are searching for with these tags) tends to have a larger a male audience in general, and even if there's a larger proportion of the furry population who are gay compared to the general population, the largest portion are likely still straight (especially if you include straight-leaning bisexual people).

smile being in the top 20 is kinda really surprising. maybe people do just want to see artists draw them being happy.
also, people specifically seeking out ambiguous_gender, moreso than intersex is also kinda surprising.
