The Fallout 4 quest "Hole in the Wall" is bullshit. Sure, I get a new companion and the quest location as a home, but having a very high risk to get a permanent debuff, regardless of how minor, is a terrible trade-off.

@Chameloshi: The debuff in question is a permanent -10 max HP. It may not sound so bad, but the little icon beneath my AP meter is gonna be there forever, being in the way.
It's not that easy to avoid the problem in Survival.
