Image credited to Nettsuu of Pivix. Cannot find it in Nerv/rebeccacablah's FA/DA/Tumblr galleries. Again, Evangelion reference on the floor in front of Squirtle.
Maybe change the alias to nerv_(artist) -> rebeccacablah
I changed the attribute on the NERV tag to "copyright". (Akin to Team_Rocket.)
I manually retagged rebeccacablah's art that was under the NERV tag.
