You can use custom CSS to unhide blacklisted favorites and not have to put -fav:username on all of them. From Waydence's custom CSS Thread:

I got curious as to how many of my posts would be blocked if I made a blacklist so I tried.

It only showed up to 10 out of 100 posts per page and the average was merely 6.
But the empty query returned me 99 posts.
