Assuming I'm not missing something here, the following implications are missing:
rainbow_thigh_highs -> multicolored_thigh_highs -> thigh_highs

Removed the following lines, since they have already been implemented in BUR #1414.

create implication multicolored_thigh_highs -> thigh_highs
create implication multicolored_thigh_highs -> multicolored_legwear
create implication rainbow_thigh_highs -> multicolored_thigh_highs

The rest looks good.
