Reason: Holding weapon implicates holding object. Plus, blood on object means there's blood present.

The reason for this is that it would make a nice tree of blood on weapon -> blood on object -> blood

blood on weapon already implies blood, so by the time the staff approve that BUR first then the BUR above it, it would connect their implication like so (blood on weapon -> blood on object -> blood)
