Might've been their previous alias? kemokin_mania was a twitter account that had posts, at least from what i can see from the way back machine and source:*emokin*

On the interpretation of the tweet attached to the unalias request, this might be quite a long stretch but I have a hunch that the artist themself is personally removing the artist tags from NSFW art tagged to them (el-k) especially on the case of kemokin_mania and the_shitposter_2069 where it is not explicitly established that they are works of nor related to the artist apart from the depicted character/s.

But also I'd like to request the unalias because the relationship between the two art accounts was not properly established when kemokin_mania was aliased to el-k. See the replies above also doubting the accuracy of that alias request.
