Clothing that is too small for a character that is wearing it. As a result the clothing may be tight (tight clothing), expose some of the character's body, have a genital outline, or the character may have a bulge or camel toe depending on the clothing (ex: tight underwear).

… then it doesn’t seem "too small" since it seems to fit just fine, it’s just small by typical hat standards. There’s probably some use in distinguishing between "unusually small clothing" and "clothing that doesn’t fit".

It was a more tongue in cheek example. Though i can agree it's a bit difficult to actually depict it in art, though you can have any kind of undersized clothing irl (mostly in the form of it being a bit too tight)

Reason: Some extra implications based on common clothes I've seen while looking through the current general undersized_* tags, to round it all out.

I also want to bring up how ill-fitting_clothing exists, which seem very redundant with undersized_clothing and tight_clothing. Personally, I think aliasing it and its aliases to undersized_clothing would be the best call.
